States of Being: Physical, Mental, Spiritual

The structure of the wood backdrop is such that each holy banana (as a human-like figure) is framed by a sacred arch and identified by the written labels: Physical, Mental and Spiritual. These titles allude to aspects of human existence. You can ‘read’ the piece like a book, from left to right, recapitulating the evolutionary movement of human skills in the realm of existence. In fact these beings all look rather much the same on the outside. Spiritual evolution is an inside job, but the results can make a difference in the circumstances of the entire planet.
